Ginny Cockerill at The University of Alabama in Huntsville has learned a lot since taking over the management of the course evaluation process just nine months ago. The institution had a smooth transition from a paper process to Blue in early 2015. However, the initial implementation did not fully leverage the flexibility of an online process or the advanced functionality of the Blue software itself.
By meeting with stakeholders and gaining a fresh understanding of how departments and colleges viewed the current process and used the resulting data, specific issues came to light that Ginny felt could be addressed within Blue. She has worked to make changes each semester since then to address each of these challenges. In a short period of time Alabama has modified both evaluations and reports, and has developed a roadmap of improvements for the future.
Join the webinar to learn how The University of Alabama in Huntsville tackled the challenge of taking their course evaluation process to the next level to improve quality and stakeholder satisfaction institution-wide.
