As post-secondary institutions are offering online programs, the challenge is about how to get the response rates to course evaluations of online courses that will provide statistically meaningful data. Washtenaw Community College (WCC) has over 120 credit programs where approximately 28,000 students enroll annually. This webinar will present the strategies that WCC employed to achieve 85% response rates and how Blue enabled WCC to execute these strategies.
